If anybody’s interested to know, I think we can be very confident that the mentors for the two new fighting styles will NOT be in the Nimbus Lands. Because these were originally planned to be added in the Empires Update but had to be pushed back due to time constraints. And the Nimbus Lands weren’t going to be in Empires for obvious reasons. So, assuming these mentors and their locations were planned back then, they probably won’t be found at Skyhall.
