Found this on the Next Update Info card. It says “3 other” here because the first 2, the Knights Proxy and Brotherhood of Balance, were already listed earlier in the card. So I think “5 total” means there are 5 new joinable factions this update, not factoring in the Grand Navy nor the Assassin Syndicate.
We already know of the Knights Proxy, Brotherhood of Balance, Paramount Bank, and Juraserva, but what’s the 5th? Is it the Seekers of Sight? The patch notes haven’t said that you could join them, only that you could get their talent. Maybe it’s a secret addition.
