vindicator was forgotten, i reminded vetex and he changed it less than 10 mins later 
now you maybe wont be seeing earth/explosion/ileg/sailor crushing judgement for a bit

What does the minimum level change mean? I’m not understanding
also @arbitage higher level requirement for weapons will increase the point requirements for skills, and they’ll have lower tiers (less aoe and more energy use)

I see so you can change their skill requirements by just changing their equippable level
So assuming that it’s 240 for crushing judgement, devastate will become like 300?

no instead all the crewmen will be the same level as you and the captain and quartermaster are both capable of one shotting you
and the only space you have is their boat
there’s no way it DOESN’T end up unfair as all hell
