so we have defense, decoration, civilization, and terraform
defense - cannons, mortars, and maybe even guards
decoration - things like chairs, torches, tables, and other furniture
civilization - npcs such as shipwrights and farmers (idk if guards would fall into this category)
terraform - obviously making extra building space as mentioned in the building tool

wall segments are prebuilt
