What? This statement mystifies me. You are suggesting features be removed for simplicitiy. Why don’t we just remove every class except mage and every magic except 2? Why don’t we remove all gear? That would make the game balanced, no?

I exclusively PvP in Elysium, and the agility builds there- dear god. Makes the 1v1 that I wanted to fight for fun absolute cancer. It does give me incentive to improve but I want to have fun doing it, not chasing after a fighter jet that hits me with 200+ damage attacks every so often with my cursor.
I used to have fun rabid attacking high agility users, but now not so much.
I also saw others in my clan discord mald about “agility warriors” all the time when they participated in a Raidforce tournament, but they mald about everything, so I suppose that isn’t a good example to back your arguement.
I deadass just hate agility because I dont run any. I do believe we must remove it

heck i didn’t even know this opinion would be so controversial since literally every server i’m in (with other people who do pvp) it’s basically universally agreed upon
The point is that we don’t need to nerf it badly or remove it, we can just introduce new things to counter it while still keeping its enjoyability and making it fair. In the end, I don’t care if people are mad you invest in a stat they didn’t account for, I’m not going to limit my mobility’s potential because you have trouble in PvP and are targeted by gankers who abuse mechanics (will always be a thing like hello? ), so I’ve said my statement and have brought my suggestions, its likely none of them will be done nor will the nerfing of agility, I’m done here.
Are you snorting something, this is like the 31st time im saying I would rather there be a solution that doesn’t harm pvers WHILE ALSO solving the ganking problem with agility. And yet you treat it like I’m begging for agility’s removal without any consideration for pvers at all
If you actually read the thread you’d see many solutions like removing agility’s effect on things like dashing and jumps only in combat. Also it’s not just me struggling with agility builds in world pvp it’s literally everyone who didn’t want to build into agility
Ah yes we should never bother solving problems at all because there’ll just be more awaiting. So I suppose we shouldn’t of solved any balance problem at all, Shotgun pulsar? Absurd attack speed? Unfair pve mechanics? We should never of fixed those because there’ll always be more problems
Just because you can’t dash as far as before, and not jump as high as before, and move slower than prior doesn’t mean your mobility’s potential is gone, you just lack creativity in how you play the game.
Depending on your build, you have a small, but versatile amount of movement skills that allow you to play very mobile without investing into agility, such as the following:
Leap & Airstep - Vertical Movement
Dodge Reflex - Horizontal Movement
Spiralling Fury - Angled Movement through a target
Crash - Angled Movement towards a target
Uppercut - Vertical Movement which repositions your opponent
Grabs - Projectile-like multidirectional movement (arguably the worst entry on this list - but worth the mention)
Rising Tide - Vertical Movement
Soaring Eagle - Vertical Movement
Flash Strike & Mirrored River - Angled Movement in your cursor’s direction
there’s probably more im missing out but you lot can fill that in yourself
You’re substituting knowing how to move well by being given an excuse to do a lack of it, if you even PvP that is.

It’s kind of like what onion said, this game already has plenty of mobility options as you just listed, more than many other games
im ngl I despise gankers interrupting my business a lot but that’s a different can of worms
the mere existence of a spammable dash, airdash, and super jump that each travels the length of a ketch at base movement speed already makes mobility absolutely bonkers, even ignoring spells like leap and spiralling fury
i really, really don’t understand how people can say base mobility is lackluster when really it’s the complete opposite
