Didn’t know that but that’s cool to know. Sadly I only just joined a clan to test out the building feature, I don’t really intend to completely stay in one but it still doesn’t change the fact that over the small timeframe I’ve already witnessed a ton of toxicity both from others and myself. It’s cool and all that you guys aren’t guys toxic nor did you experience toxicity, but not everyone is that fortunate. Could just be because of the region and the time but so far that’s what I experienced in the SG region at peak hours.
Didn’t happen to me, I just saw one guy get spawnkilled multiple times in harvest. They were chill to me since I’m a neutral rep but just imagine how it would turn out when they’re able to grab my poster. Still, it pains me to know that this method exists to ruin the day of their victim.
Doesn’t solve the fact that the problem itself still exists yeah? I mean this is pretty much unsolvable and there’s nothing we can do about it since it all relies on the community but it still proves my point regarding toxicity.
Thing is, there’s very few people below 50K who are toxic compared to those above 50K. Most likely biased here since it’s mostly peaceful in non-clan servers compared to clan servers but eh.
I already said I don’t care about what they’re saying:
I mostly just added it there to support my statement. Source? Trust me bro, I don’t have time to capture every bad thing that happened to me in a game. The best I got for others to come up here with their experience in the update as well I guess.
That’s what I’d assume too which is why I said I’m not going to accuse them with exploiting but I still find it weird since there’s a very small chance that they actually have the skill to do that when:
- They’re not known in any pvp scene in SG. Asked around with the pvpheads I know and absolutely none have heard of them.
- Made sure I had less time to not spam teleport and make my movements in randomized directions.
- Even top pvpers have a hard time with the tp reflexes meanwhile these guys managed to land all 5 shots without missing. There’s a chance that they’re actually really good, just that they aren’t known, but chances are really low albeit not zero I guess.
Bet they would, they were riding each other’s meat on the fact that they actually found out I kept running from them rather than engaging in their 6v1 (You’ll know what I mean if you saw the chats fr, they act like they’re having the best time of their life).
When there’s eyes on your behavior, there’s less likely for bad actors to come up hence why in-game examples are better since they’re unfiltered. Otherwise, Vetex’s perspective on the pvp community would’ve been positive and his rant wouldn’t have existed.
I just wanted to try out clan building . I’ve been like clanless until the empires update and it sucks that it’s a very negative experience overall in a short amount of time, though again it could’ve been my region and timing for such things to happen.
I mean I have enough galleons for a set of T4 walls and T5 mortars/cannons, about ~750K but that’s not the case for others. Even if people were to use the clan treasury, it’s still wasted galleons over something that could easily be fixed with a move feature. It just doesn’t make sense to not add it in a building mechanic from a dev’s perspective ngl.
Kinda confused here since you’re less likely to be genuinely toxic to people you know compared to some randoms in the open servers so it’s kind of a bad example to use here.
Overall, I know that there are clans and pvpheads that are chill and aren’t toxic but when placed on the general playerbase, they’re quite literally in the few.
Clans that I know and knows me aren’t toxic because they have a different behavior to those they do and don’t know. It’s not that much of a shock that the pvp community you’re in isn’t toxic since you know them or the other way around and the same goes for me.
Either way, it kinda sucks that kingdom alignment got delayed for this…
