Should Clan Building Be Prioritized Before Release?

Is this really necessary? We’re at two right now, but the number appears to be rising.

Thank you pookadooks.

The second one you mentioned stood out to me more, so I’ll touch on that first. You mentioned at the start of our discussion that we hadn’t had any prior interactions (besides the obvious reading one anothers posts), paired with how you conducted yourself (which I did the exact same of, no denial), yes, I was in full belief that you were arguing with me for the sake of it being me who’s making the argument, which could be further strengthened when you pointed out where I mentioned I own a leaderboard clan, no?

Onto the first one, you kept reiterating that you have a lack of understanding for what my point is, whilst I, on the other hand, was in understanding (or so I believe) of what both sides were exclaiming, which led me to develop a firm belief that you didn’t play proper attention to everything I said, and instead could’ve nitpicked the parts of my argument you had a quick response on-hand for. This was further reiterated by you actually needing to scroll up to find the first piece of information I mentioned, is it not?

I did not mention a language barrier, I mentioned you needing to define a word to me just after I proclaimed that I infact don’t speak the language we’re both talking in fluently.

Eventually, I became like this too when the argument became more about you and me than clan ganks & toxicity, don’t fret. I take the blame for this one.

I didn’t call @dracojager or @Darkshadow56556 in, they both read this site on their own accord.

im also under the age of 18

hey, more baseless assumptions, though I already knew you were good at that.

im creasing bro :sob:

my guy is yelling at his own supporter :sob:

Alright but for real somebody close the thread.

Not trying to inset myself into the personal argument going on here: I know there’s a some differing viewpoints on how the PvP scene is and how that interacts with the update but the reality of the situation is that there are substantial PvE features locked behind clans which makes it not an exclusively PvP feature anymore. The tension here is obviously coming from tension between PvEers looking to build a cool base and get reagents and PvPers who want to conquer and battle other clans, or just kids looking for some validation 6v1ing some poor guy with 6 infamy. Both things do happen, and the frequency at which it happens depends on luck and is up for debate but I don’t think its right or productive to shit on people who’ve had issues playing the game the intended PvE way and ran into toxicity. Vetex himself did say that the update is not just for PvPers, after all. I’m not saying you’re not entitled to attack people when you want some nice PvO gameplay, but maybe a few perks like reagent should be at least partially reallocated somewhere else to those who don’t PvP. I make this argument because resource generation is 99% afk, and you should be able to reap the benefits of your work without having like 10 hired goons to defend your shit. Maybe this is what fleets will be fore, since they will be planned automatically gather stuff with a galleon cost to maintain them, but since that feature is not around yet the PvE demons are feeling the strain of some of the less pleasant PvP players.

yes
