so basically like, a high earth size build wouldn’t change much, but a high size light build would be supermassive?

Seeing how some people still don’t understand this I’m going to simplify it for them.
Currently:
Big attacks / magics + a lot of size = munera sized moves.
Small attacks / magics + a lot of size = very slightly bigger attacks.
After this change:
Big attacks / magics + a lot of size = very large attacks, but not unmissable.
Small attacks / magics + a lot of size = fairly larger attacks (but they still wont be able to get as large as bigger magics)

have you tried reading the summary at the bottom? 
all it said was that it made attack size less effective with big magic but it didn’t answer anything about how it interacted with smaller ones (or if anything changed there to begin with which was why I was asking to begin with)
I thought that beef cooled off but aw well
if it doesn’t mention something u can assume that something didn’t change
when I see “size formula rework” I’d assume that would kinda globally affect everything but meh
