Hey can we go ahead and just make sure that size nerf to damage is extra strong? I just experienced perhaps the worst god damn PVP of my life. The dude didn’t need to aim anything, he just hit me with every attack from a million miles away while dealing insane damage while somehow still having over 3000 health. Literally fully charged every attack missing more than half his attacks and still was curb stomping not just me but several people. While we’re at it let’s make sure defense and power get a nerf too because jesus fuck size, power, and defense are dominating PVP way too hard. You shouldn’t be able to make a build where you literally don’t have to think, block, or dodge anything to win.
To make it even more clear how bad it is, the dude wasn’t good at PVP at all. He parried nothing, didn’t know how to dodge anything, was insanely easy to punish, and ran when he got low. It took 3 god damn people attacking him at once (he pissed off a lot of people with his build nobody had intended to team on him it just happened organically) to get past him just nuking everyone and tanking everything. I lost over 200k renown to that bastard, so nerf size, defense, and power good. Every stat should have equal value and none should be that insane that you just don’t even have to think while playing to win even when being ganked. Any time he tried to use any ability that required any aim at all he missed horribly, like by a full 180 degrees horribly, hell even some of the ones with an insane base size he missed with, which really shows just how much these kinds of people rely on not having to aim anything to win.
In case anyone thinks my build might have been bad, full lost envoy set with 50% regen, a fair amount of fused potency and blocking jewels, and above 2k health. Parried like half the guy’s attacks, still stomped repeatedly because he’d just use like 6 different nuke moves that somehow had crazy damage back to back without consequence. They were a conjuror. The PVP meta of this game is way too severe to the point that it overwrites any amount skill at all. The only comparable experience I’ve ever had in gaming to that fight was trying to deal with hackers in PVP games or trying to solo a raid boss, it really felt like their stats were impossibly high.
TL;DR Nerf the fuck out of size, defense, and power so that they finally stop being mandatory stats to win.
Lol, now you’re thinking like a proper game dev. Unironically though fighting that guy felt so bad I took real life damage by giving me a stomach cramp from the combined prolonged rage and adrenaline. Was full on parry goding his ah and punishing every one of his poorly aimed attacks and still being stomped.
this makes sense in a PvP standpoint… in a PvE, those three stats are perfectly fine.
oh if only they knew how to apply changes dynamically based on whether you fight a player or an NPC, or some other way..
Instead change the way it work. Right now full size & power is so fricking strong.

Defense? Uhh, not really. Being high defense shouldn’t mean you should do no damage. I came from Pre-PvP toggle era. I saw the horror of attack size. I was like “how tf this guy can deal 200 damage per attack with this size?”
On all honesty lemme tell you something.
Its the fricking weapon. Like I can deal with mages, but weapon user, conjurer warrior or anyone else? Idk. They like the worse of the worse
thaaaaaats me! i do 538 on tap, with the casting speed of lightning, and the size of imbued explosion ontop of a 1.5 size multipler with my weapon! not to mention i have a base health of 3,296 (im a savantlord btw)
