Skyhall modifiers

Some names, the actual modifier stats are just random.

  • Thunderstruck : More intensity, less atk speed
  • Cloudy : More size, less intensity
  • Discharged (or something lightning): A bunch more atk speed, less defense and size
  • Deluged: A bunch more size, less defense
  • Basked: More armour pericing and intenisty, less agility

Tell me more and ill add them

What if sky charts were a thing, and they revealed the aerial equivalent of underwater structures (randomly spawning sky islands of randomly chosen type), allowing us to visit them by loading a skyship with cloud crates that provide a greater amount of magic storage to it, or by finding a volcano that pushes us upwards when using a glider.

Yknow I’d explain my reasoning but at this point people would ignore it and just go “modifier guy hates modifiers” anyway

You did that to yourself, if I’m being perfectly honest with you.
I dunno, maybe if you didn’t respond to everything involving modifiers with “MODIFIERS >:(” people would take you more seriously.

I don’t really see the point in this suggestion, though.

Like how would they even be uniquely obtained for just skyhall? (Or sky islands in general)

Frankly we could do with less modifiers in the game, all this would lead to is more time spent making builds

Sky treasure charts would suck man

“Oh you got a treasure chart for this island, looks like you are gonna have to sail twice as far as you should”

maybe you could only get sky treasure charts in the sky
if vetex has more sky ideas, that would be cool
the new modifiers are a no go tho

I actually made a suggestion for sky island treasure charts a while ago.
One unique feature they’d have is that you’d only get sky island treasure charts from chests in sky islands.

I don’t know how adding repeatable content to sky islands when we’re getting an entire kingdom centered around sky islands is “feature creep”.
Lets not forget now: Sky islands have NOTHING.

No where did he say repeatable content and nor is he adding any. All he’s doing is adding 5 whole modifiers just for sky islands (aka we don’t need all that in the game)

I mean the fact that he doesn’t even know how it’d be obtained when it’s his suggestion he’s writing should make it justified for a 1 star since that means he didn’t think of what the obtainment method would be. Meaning he just made 5 random names, gave them random stats, and called them Skyhall modifiers.

also 2 bad suggestions in rapid succession solidifies this.

Now don’t get me wrong, this suggestion kinda sucks, it has no detail whatsoever, but your reasoning against it sucks even more.

As the guy himself said, we don’t know. Is it from charts? is it from killing some enemy? is it from doing some sky diving chart? You can’t expect me to know when the author himself doesn’t know
