So What Are You Going to Do when the Update Comes?

I assume that 6th of October is EST, this means that it will be 7th of October for me (AEST, and when it is PM for us it is early AM for you guys)

What are you going to do?

My Plan is to:

  1. Buy the Brig and put my loadout (I’ve planned it already, and get a stability deckhand)
  2. Speed sail all the way to Whitesummit to learn dodge reflex (And then complete the quest)
  3. Go to Sailors Lodge (Because I find it suitable and understandable)
  4. Upgrade Enizor
  5. Sail east into the Dark Sea (I’ll start off with the 1st range, yeah I’m a coward)
  6. Explore

That’s mine, so what is your plan?

Buy the brig.
collect clearstone and auric seaweed.
visit whitesummit once its calmed down
brew clearsight potions
sail into the dark sea.

Finish enizor quest, get dodge reflex and brig then go back to fishing

complete the new quests, buy the brig, enchant my bronze armor w/ swift, and then make trail

Wait until there isnt 10+ people talking to any of the ravenna shipwrights.
Just me or doesn’t this sound like a prime RKing oportunity for anyone who wants money since people will have 20k galleons?

So far it’s just:

  • Meet up with the teams we created for the expedition
  • Get Leaders their Brigs (Im a leader)
  • Have ppl start/accept Enizor’s quest.
  • Sail off to Whitesummit and do whatever Hendrix wants us to do.
  • Find Dark Sea Compass.
  • Find our 4th deckhand.
  • Double check on food, potions, ship parts. deckhands.
  • Load up Cargo if we’re doing expeditions that day.
  • Collectively sail into the Dark Seas
  • Help each other finish Enizor’s quest and whatever he wants in the Dark Sea.
  • Spend time in the Dark Seas, maybe plan out to head into the Far Reaches if we have Warding potions/food.
  • Comeback and turn in whatever loot we obtained if we managed to survive.
  • Go off and do our own thing/do it again with ur team or with other teams.

Thats what the 1st and 2nd day looks like. Afterwards im off to grind Master Angler and do the Dark Seas constantly and grind the crap out of it.

Buy brig
As I sail to whitesummit check every deckhand to try to get 2 more with durability and upgrade them to legendary
Try to get dodge reflex (I’m sure there wont be 12 people already there)
Straight into the dark sea
Find dark sea compass (since it is common in the dark sea)
Complete enizor quest (requires ingredients from the dark sea)
Optional: Find someone who doesn’t have a brig and take them with me

  4. get warding enchants
  5. sail to the dark sea
  6. Probably getting the new 2 rare spells

A surprising amount of people are aiming to do things that appear to be dark sea exclusive before going to the dark sea

  1. Buy a brig stealthily so I don’t get jumped, might buy from a place in Ravenna that isn’t Rubica
    -1.5 (Optional) if I do get jumped then I kill anybody if need be

  2. Go to Whitesummit to learn various techniques of the Flash step (200 agility = instant high jumps and dash)
    -2.5 (Optional) repeat step 1.5 if there’s any hostiles

  3. Go to one of the North Western islands (Frostmill, Elm, Mango Isle, Redwake, etc) since most people are probably going south east from Ravenna

  4. Revise ship plans for current parts and dark sea parts

  5. Solo the dark sea without potions and probably die in the process

  6. Repeat steps 3-6 and profit
