@Mithridatise turns out i was wrong, the omen is affected by dot, but only if you cross a damage threshold that is almost unreachable because of the 500 range requirement to fight him using the island cheese
here though, my moves all did 800+ damage, i think this is the only recorded instance of bleed being inflicted on the omen

Finally, someone who fully deserves bearing the Omen Slayer title.
Also, why is Omen’s max hp twice as low as intended? Is it a juvenile?
the amount of tentacles spawned is randomized, it can go as low as 3:

not anymore, because it was fucking obnoxious how quickly your energy vanished from a misclick. it was a fantastic change to get rid of that bullshit feature

nope, for omen specifically, the base body always has 40k hp, while each tentacle has 9k hp. to figure out how many tentacles there are, just use this formula
(full omen hp - 40000) / 9000
