@GhastlyShell turns out i was wrong, the omen is affected by dot, but only if you cross a damage threshold that is almost unreachable because of the 500 range requirement to fight him using the island cheese
here though, my moves all did 800+ damage, i think this is the only recorded instance of bleed being inflicted on the omen

nope, for omen specifically, the base body always has 40k hp, while each tentacle has 9k hp. to figure out how many tentacles there are, just use this formula
(full omen hp - 40000) / 9000
