Same here, I just hope the pvp doesn’t feel clunky like it does in WoM right now.
Vetex has addressed the ‘no meaningful combat mobility’ issue so I’m actually pretty optimistic about it, as that is basically my entire problem with it that just ruins the whole thing for me.

I kinda like the pvp actually, it’s nice and fast but yeah it needs more mobility and features. But try to keep in mind that this game isn’t nearly complete so there’s surely a lot to look forward to.
The problem that I have with it is that its anything but fast.
The second you do literally anything is the second the game forces you to stand perfectly still so that your opponent can land an easy hit on you, counter your attack if their magic has a higher clashrate, or dodge as if the game was turn based.
As long as you have good aim it is actually pretty fast. In my prime fights would end within about 30 seconds. The average fight between pvpers is like 2 min or so. If they’re both good players ofc it’s going to take longer, same with if they’re both not very good players.
How wasted the clash system is. It’s super cool and detailed, but every dark wizard you fight ends up being the same dogdefest.
Hopes could be less no-mobility times so spells feel more agile, like AA. If you want even more speed use casting speed at higher levels, could work

The only thing that keeps me from playing WoM is the lack of content or replayability but I’m fine with all of the problems listed.
- I don’t really think NPCs are especially glitched (considering roblox standards), and even then, at worst the npc gets flung or something without you being able to kill them, and at best you win the fight easily. The shopkeepers are annoying tho.
- It’s at least much better than before so I can deal with it. Beside, I barely check the game for a few minutes nowadays so I don’t stay enough time to lag.
- I prefer boats over running around but that’s definitely not a problem enough to keep me from playing.
- I can hardly see this being a problem, like, ever. There’s way enough quests for everyone. Now yeah, last time it was a chore to level up and it took me nearly 3 days spent only playing WoM to reach max, but it’s supposed to be better. Even then, it’s only annoying while leveling up, once you reach max level it’s over.

An exploration game with nothing to explore, imagine something like Genshin Impact, remove all notable landmarks, remove all waypoints, make every attack freeze you in place, make the entire thing blocky and flat with no especially detailed locations anywhere, make sure you can’t even see the correct direction enemies are attacking and bam you got WoM.

lag is the biggest issue tbh because i literally i have deleted textures+terrain, lowest graphics, low particle emission and the game still refuses to run over 30 fps on certain areas
not to mention the ping issues forcing you to play in your region, and sometimes even in my region i get bad ping spikes (probably my internet lol lets be real), i got RKed twice in a row for having low fps which is (skill issue is 25% of the problem to be honest)
Most of the lag comes from things like NPCs. Unfortunately, no optimizations can fix this except for scrapping moving NPCs entirely, which is what Vetex is doing in TGR.
