Wasn’t it magic level 300 for the blast shape option
i think with how stats work that should be lvl 150 if you invest into full magic, you get 2 points per level up
They’ll most likely be available before level 120 (at least for blast spells), otherwise he probably wouldn’t have plans to work on them soon
