A new weapon that is obtained at a 0.001% chance when you break a cactus. It will always deal 7.5% of enemy’s max health as damage per hit, but each time you use an attack, you also lose 7.5% of your max health.
Regen will become meta with this weapon
sinister gaze gives everyone that uses it wall hacks (more potent than any sensing capability to be developed)

Well since I’m supposed to make myself enemy #1 yes they do if you see a merchant ship run you will get obliterated if you don’t
