you make letters out of carving rocks with rocks to arrange them into “dog” and pull a “There is no Game” and summon a dog
You could use the momentum to create a shear in space time, you could travel back into the past to figure out how you got on the island in the first place and prevent it in the furture

Well, how about we try to start a fire using some of that wood from the tree?
Since the tree is already smacked into the middle of the island, try to excavate extra stuff inside it? Might as well try to retrieve the skateboard that is stuck on it in the process.
