As far as I know, only Rupin, Tech, Morock?, and Cursebeard? can make water burn (they are all curse users of some type of flame)
Due to their immense power

If Rupin can do it (and he has the most basic type of flame curse), pretty much anyone powerful enough with fire can do it.
No they aren’t burning the water they are turning the magic energy in the water into flames
And Tech’s Inferno Curse can burn through anything since its a property (since the inferno curse is fire but weord)
I don’t think thats possible
Listen man if the bosses themselves aren’t part of the lore just get rid of their drops
I’d prefer that (just a complete removal of boss items), but most of the community would hate that, so Vetex will most likely replace or keep them (as mentioned in his post)
