Disclaimer: Do not butter your pan (that you put on the stove)
Butter the pan (bread in espanol)

thank you for food

i tech u eg
ingredients: two - four eg, parsley (optional but it makes it sexy) , black pepper, salt, unsalted butter, heavy whipping cream (personally bc it has less fat)

  1. dONt put the eggs in the bowl, that breaks down the eggs. start offf with a pan on medium high heat, add on one-two tablespoons of unsalted butter.
  2. wait for the butter to start melting, and then crack each egg (using tabletop so u dont get eggshell in) and put them in the pan.
  3. as soon as you put all the eggs into the pan, immediately start stirring and turn the heat down to low. keep stirring while also keeping it close to the butter to give it more flavor.
  4. take it off the heat and pour in a small amount (1/4 cup…ish?) of heavy whipping cream and continue to stir.
  5. now season it with salt and pepper, still stirring.
  6. at this point you can turn the heat off, still stirring, and sprinkle in parsley to your desire.
  7. stop stirring
  8. serve it with golden-brown toast and strawberries for extra sweaty boys and ur done.

ur welcome puck papa love u :kissing_smiling_eyes:

thank you our lord and savior

yo burgr back (at least for a few moments)

here’s my alfredo recipe, totally forgot to post it

ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cups shredded parmesan
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

instructions

  1. add the cream and butter to a sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer
  2. whisk in garlic and simmer for 30 sec
  3. turn off heat and whisk parmesan, salt, and pepper
  4. continue whisking until cheese has fully melted and sauce is smooth and creamy
  5. sereve

other

  • serves 1 lb of noodles (a box)
  • don’t use powdery parmesan
  • wedge cheese is the way to go (it’s way fresher and less processed)
  • when shredding your own cheese make sure to shred it into small, fine bits because even with thin slices they will not melt properly and evenly into the sauce
  • same goes for your garlic. cut as small as you can
  • out of personal preference, i do not use pepper because i do not like it
  • original recipe calls for 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper as opposed to 1/4, however in my experience making this dish it makes it takes away from the parmesan/garlic blend to make the sauce a bit too salty (felt like i needed a sip of water every bite)
  • though i have a measurement for the salt, i just take a pinch of it from my palm
  • at this point i don’t measure anything anymore except the cream, but even then i will often add some more later in the process (not exactly recommended but it works since i’m the one eating this myself). will often shred a whole block of cheese instead of only 2 cups and use two sections of garlic rather then the measured amount. since both these amounts are greater than the measurements that’s why i add cream in. don’t recommend this method if it’s within your first few instances of trying
  • whisk it hard so that the sauce thickens. do not add flour, it should not be necessary
  • taste and smell as you go

Fried Bologna and Cheese Sandwich

Do you like good food? Eat this.

2 pieces of bologna
Any sort of cooking spray or a tbsp of butter
Two slabs of bread
Preferably either Cheddar or Provolone cheese. Any good melting cheese would work. Get two pieces.
Butter
One regular skillet pan
One griddle pan (or another skillet, or just the first skillet idk)

You will apply the non-stick (butter or spray) and then wait for the pan to heat up. When it is hot, lay down the two pieces of Bologna. You will immediately notice the sizzling from the bologna. I recommend you use a spatula to keep it flat for around 30 seconds on each side, in order to get a nice oily yummy bologna (fried)

Now that you have both bolognas cook, you should spread some butter on one side of both pieces of bread, and then lay one piece butter side down. You will then assemble with an alternating pattern of Bologna, Cheese, Bologna, and Cheese. After putting those on, you put the other piece butter side up. You then put it onto the pan you’re using to heat up the sammich.

It’ll probably take around a minute or two on each side, depending on how well done you like your sammiches. When you are done with the second side, you take it off of the pan and then serve.

Congratulations, you have just made a gooey savory warm piece of heaven. I made this for the first time today, and my entire family had some and agreed that it was fucking awesome. Have fun!

Hot tip: Don’t be a dumbass and eat 4 of them like I did. I can feel my arteries stopping (worth it tho)
