It would most likely drain the userâs magic energy or strength and since Luffy has no magic energy and Arcane Universe related strength it would prolly not work
Peacekeeper solos regardless, assuming luffy could even hit them they literally tanked a whole blast that evaporated like 3 seas and sent a place as far away as the war seas multiple natural disasters
Idk what luffy would do against a beast like that
As for the AO mc, we donât know if theyâll be stronger or not then the peacekeeper so we canât really say yet
