The sad truth :'(

Neviro didn’t really have to convince him to read Winterveil’s chronicles. Revon discovered them by himself, and to be fair… it didn’t go well.
The chronicles Neviro carried around with him contained all sorts of information about Winterveil and its past. A lot of them described the gruesome parts of the Ravenna-Winterveil war in great detail. The final nail in the coffin was a declaration of war. Signed by Nero Caesar himself.
All that Revon ever knew about Ravenna’s history and his family… it was all one big lie.

I wonder how Revon’s story is going to go.

Will he see through the lies he’s been taught all his life and change to clean the tarnished name of Ravenna and bring the kingdom into a new age of prosperity and peace?
Now learning that his brother was, in truth, a monster.

or will he have Neviro’s head for what he did to his family and dedicate the rest of his life to hunting down and killing the murderers that destroyed everything he loved and cared for?
Blinded by a searing rage and far beyond reason.

Imagine if Revon accepts the truth and hunts down the MC and gang. Not to get revenge but to join them and help them stop the Order and restore Ravenna to a reputable state with other nations. Then he could raise his nephews without Ravennan supremacy propaganda so they can grow up to show kindness to and desire peace with opposing kingdoms, Winterveil specifically. That’d be amazing :face_holding_back_tears:.

And Francesca, never stop making this kind of art!! :star_struck:

I imagine if that happens, there will be a misunderstanding involving Iris or Morden that causes them to attack the incoming perceived threat on sight, fearing an ambush until Neviro can calm everybody down and explain what happened while he was gone.

This is giving me Zuko joins the gaang vibes, good Lord. That would be awesome, honestly. I imagine Iris and Morden would try to attack based on different reasonings. Iris because her father was captured and killed by Ravenna, and Morden because the Order kidnapped and experimented on him and he suspects Revon to be apart of it since his brother was. The MC might hold some contention for him too since he swore to hunt them down for what they did.

You put the words right out of my mouth. Revon has two routes to go through, and I kinda hope to see Revon think for himself, separate his Ravenna mindset from his own thoughts, and with Neviro’s assistance, tries to make up for the Realm’s past sins against those they have wronged, including Winterveil’s survivors, and the relatives of the Order’s victims, including Iris.

Istg, Vetex, please don’t screw this up, don’t let Revon become evil and be the penultimate boss of the game

Also, love your art and fan storyline, Francesca :smiling_face_with_tear::+1:

Neviro doesn’t really know how to calm down a crying person, but he’s giving it his best
