Can anyone help explain/remind me how Base HP Regen is calculated?

It’s mentioned in the Balance Doc that it was 7.68 for lvl 136 Base HP. (1045 HP)

But since we’re lvl 140 i’m curious to see if it bumped up to 8 Base HP Regen. And it would also help figure out what Base HP Regen us Vit players will have.

Will help make planning and calculating how Regen i want/need. Because i don’t want to sit at 194 Regen and find out that i’m using more than what i planned for at the moment.

Sunken (Sunken Warrior):

Cernyx (Using Faulds but not the amulet):

Let’s do an atk speed build with say… 2 atk speed enchants + 4 gems or something. I don’t know what is the usual build.
2 Brisk + 4 Lapis for both sets:
Sunken Warrior:

Cernyx:

I think the biggest difference maker here is the defense since that gives you just enough HP to probably survive one more attack. Attack Speed we have a (in favor of Sunken)…
Baseline: (55.3-47.21)/55.3 = 14.63%
Start up/Projectile: (27.65-23.61)/27.65 = 14.611%
Endlag: (6.91-5.9)/6.91 = 14.62%

So around a 14.6% difference for all 3 of these fairly big. Although if something is going, say, in Roblox standards (blast) 100 studs per second. This just means it’ll go (projectile speed wise) 127.65 studs per second with Sunken and 123.61 with Cernyx. So in the end the difference despite being quite large percentage wise is probably not going to be too significant unless you’re also using a fast magic. So in terms of case by case scenarios, I’d still place more value on the HP than the attack speed unless it’s an already fast magic.

All in all though, Sunken is definitely better at low investments. However, if you are skilled enough then it can make up the difference, and that’s assuming you’re trying to run the same kind of build (S. Warrior vs Cernyx).
Sunken is obviously going to be better though, but the difference is not large enough that it necessarily hard stat checks you. It’ll make a difference, but you’re fine running Cernyx, but if you want more Attack Speed then you can always use Dark Bronze and compensate for the defense with a painite gem (drawback will do like 10 or 11 damage at max HP; assuming a non-vit build) or armored enchant.
