Thoughts on death interactions?

For example, if you kill someone with a blade weapon a limb would be cut off (quite brutal though, probably too violent as well)
Or if you kill someone with ash/or fire on a charred enemy they would become a statue of ash.

Vetex DID add gore interactions in AO when it was in it’s testing phase, but provided that Roblox was mainly a kids game he didn’t really implement the gore idea in-game.

It was mainly characters getting their limbs, torsos, and heads cut off.

honestly the effects only looked as gory as they did because the characters were visibly soaked in their own blood.

tone down that one particular effect and nobody would mind lol.

Yeah, I thought it was a little too brual but as @TheoreticalExistence said it could be toned down probably.
I still think an ice statue or petrified enemy would be sick
prehaps… burning limb when dead as well? I don’t know there are alot of things you could do!

Just tone down the blood to a slight spurt and then it’ll be fine and dandy

I love how Roblox cracks down on AO for blood but not garbage like Combat Warriors.

Also, “Combat Warriors” has got to be the single dumbest name for a game I have ever seen.

it’d be cool if all different magics had a unique insta kill effect, instead of just the regular white particles
weapon insta kill effects could maybe just have the enemy get cut in half when ragdolled
strength doesn’t deserve an insta kill effect

Profuse bleeding and visible organs only gets a rating of 13+, yet vetex can’t add too much blood without roblox cracking down on him

Strength could be like; the enemy pushed into the wall or ground, leaving their corpse stuck there and causing cracks.

Would killing someone with earth ileg turn them into a puddle or red mist

that should also apply with base Ileg, Metal and Wood Ileg.

i wouldn’t mind, but i’d prefer nothing too extreme. still a bit squeamish with that stuff

I like the idea of literally petrifying, crystallizing, or freezing someone. There’s just something really enticing about those ancient Greek and Renaissance sculptures

literally ANYWHERE but roblox Sol’s RNG would be laughed off the market if not completely ignored and forgotten within hours after release because it straight up fails to be a game in any sense.

Actually, AO almost got a +17 rating at some point. Vetex vented about it on Twitter, and it went back to a +13 rating.

Yall always fear about Roblox breaking AO like it did AA, but to me, the very thing that is the most likely in taking it down would be when Roblox starts to believe its content/story is too much for the platform. Might seem unlikely for now, but considering how Roblox almost made it +17…
