The revealing potion is also pretty finicky. Sometimes it stops working before it runs out; or instead of highlighting chests it highlights the actual diving point; or it highlights potion ingredients instead of chests; or it only highlights sharks; or sometimes it just doesn’t work at all, and then when I go back for air and then go back down it highlights ingredients and chests…but only a few. It usually takes 3 revealing tier 2 potions to finish a single diving point because of this inconsistency.
I use a T3 potion while trying to get through Othrys and run into the same issue. Idk maybe it’s something to do with low graphics or the potion is just broken, sometimes it kinda works but other times it makes the cave even darker than it is without the position
Im starting to think Titan Staircase is some sort of weird dimensional mirror to the void type tomfoolery.
So dark that light barely does it’s thing and gets eaten it seems and u still are lost.
Be the man, climb up the mountain without getting throught the cave.
Use the Muscles that was gifted by the nature itself.

I just wanna farm clearsight stones with actual vision inside the cave
My unlucky ass always gets to the cave right when it’s nighttime, so I have to go through the entire thing with a pitch-black screen

Somewhat, its only use rn is from night and day fog but christ, why does it not negate othrys cave’s darkness effect like ???
it also sucks underwater.
so… it sucks in the darkness. sucks underwater… and only slightly clears fog.
This however, is a tier issue since tier 3 is enough to clear the fog of about 7 quality
Actually, that reminds me, tier 5 of everything has unique effects, lemme try it real quick

FR, clearsight needs to have increased brightness, otherwise, it’s literally useless when the brightness becomes hella dark, it’s cool and all that you can clear underwater fogs but goodluck seeing in the dark!
clearsight just needs to be buffed. to the point its actually worth getting.
underwater? just use revealing.
fog? just do the camera trick.
darkness? just use the map or use the worst torch in all of existence to light your way slightly…
OR IF YOU’RE CLIMBING OTHRYS JUST CLIMB OUTSIDE
clearsight is less convenient than all of these options!
