everything would be worse as germany isn’t stopped from expanding its borders and annexing a shit ton of land, maybe some mini wars break out in europe and what not and this keeps on going on and on until germany is satisfied or has no way of continuing its expansion without escalating shit to the power of 17.

either nothing would happen or you would create a black hole infinitely bigger than the universe as the force of friction would theoretically be infinite meaning it generates infinite heat, creating a black hole made purely out of energy, and some matter obviously because the entire universe would be assimilated but yea

You would go to an alternate timeline in which you were never born. From the perspective of the people in that timeline, a random person that never existed just appeared and murdered someone.

If you fully stopped time, the pants would move at an infinite velocity, instantly vaporizing the person. According to the conservation of momentum, the pants would continue going in that direction at infinite speed, vaporizing everything in its path. There would be a person-sized whole that cuts the earth down the middle. The friction caused by this would probably create a black hole and destroy everything.
