Hi. I realized I didn’t really get to doing this after doing a bunch of stuff here already so I might as well!
I’m Pixei Pronounced PIX-AY. 22YO Gal who is super smart but super lazy. I know I might seem a bit intimidating, but I try to be as nice to everyone as I can. It takes a lot to make me mad.
You might know me as that one person who drew this.
I’m an artist and a writer [I’m majoring English! With a side of Japanese and STEM! I’ve got a couple of papers and an edited/beta-read book under my belt! My mentor does NOT know about my secret fandom crap] whose been doing this whole art thing for as long a I can remember, but if I were to give a good timeframe for that, I’d say about 8ish years? I’ve done a lot of stuff for a lot people and a few games but I’m too lazy to list that out and also if I did, I think I’d be going off topic.
The point is, I just really like to write and make art. So much so that I am literally studying it.
That aside, I’ve been (lurking) around since the WOM and AA days and I feel really old sometimes… and that’s okay!

Get to finishing my AO-Prequel Merchant Ledgers!

Upon suggestion from a few others, try to tackle rewriting the entirety of the Bronze Sea Arc of AO, and present it in video-essay format… As of right now, I finished rewriting Dawn-Island and Redwake, but my beta-reader didn’t really dig what I did for Frostmil, so back to the drawing board for me! If you want to check out what I’ve done so far, feel free to ask. Any input and help is greatly appreciated. (This is the thing that some ppl warned me would make Vetex mad, but it’s fun! So I might as well)… Anyways, I can’t share too much about what I have so far here, and there’s no real release date YET, but I will allow this to get through:

The way I draw him is really different than how he looks in game…
This is my dude. If you read ML, you might know him as “Zeke Cutlass”. That name is in fact an alias. His real name is Marcel Stendhal III, and I like to imagine him as an economic genius who wrote multiple books that drastically changed the system of economics in the War Seas, and the President of The Goldwake Company: A neutral merchant consortium that kinda just does stuff in the background. He has a secret alter ego. Also, he uses Platinum Magic.
His ship is “canonically” called “The Merchant’s Ledger”, but due to an inside joke among the people of Goldwake, it was jokingly called “The Gravy Boat”, and much to Stendhal’s chagrin, the name stuck.
I’d gladly yap about him more if you asked.
