Losing Immersion for a better game is a pretty good trade for me. I just hope the game doesn’t become sailing simulator instead of walking simulator because AA jumped between islands way too much.
Both of these points are kinda irrelevent because there won’t be islands that make the game feel like a walking simulator, and there will be spells cooler than flight

Are magic slots replacable? Or at least reserved for certain types so veteran players arn’t stuck with 2 basic magics and 3 losts while sweats reserve their slots so they can have 4 primordials? Because having to make a new save to keep the best magics would be annoying as frick

Ah man, I can’t wait for this update to drop. It always felt like the map was way too small for exploration, yet way too big going from one place to the other. I ended up leaving the game as it felt way too monotonous. Reintroducing the sea was a great idea, as it gave a LOT more room for exploration and generally felt more memorable. AA IS my favorite Roblox game of all time, and I’m glad its sequal is getting the attention it deserved.

i actually think killable shop keeps makes the game more interactive and consequential, further dividing what makes someone a villian and what makes someone a good guy, in terms of how you would balance that out is i feel increasing the possible concequence for the person that killed them, for example in RD killing shop keeps gave you a huge bounty and sent alot of law enforcement after you, so i believe adding in killability later in the game when players can join the government should balance it out
yeah, but like it shouldn’t be to the point where you can’t find a shopkeeper when the previous died
like once you kill one immediately another pops in-
If flight spells were kept, the second you unlock them you would never need to spawn your boat again. That’s the reason they’re being removed
Its not a question of if people approve of it, its necessary so that the game can perform well for everybody
Where and how NPCs spawn doesn’t affect how open world the game is at all

not gonna lie I think it was the right choice, the idea behind it felt kinda restrictive as in y know, not being able to use a weapon that’s not from your culture.

to be honest yea this is very understandable, while the npcs made the game really immersive at first, once you realize they just walk around and don’t do anything by themselves it just gets kinda ‘soul-les’ as you said, most of the time it’s just a nuisance.
not to mention usual roblox players thinking the game is another RPG simulator game, and instantly start attacking them the second they get their first spell, probably thinking they will get xp from them, and then RQ when they get 30000 blasts fired in their direction instead
I personally think them being killable and stuff isn’t really worth the performance hit in the long run anyway, like the client is just unable to handle it, especially during combat or an MC raid
if only the client was better, and there were more uses to these npcs : /

will raw chaos be something we can interact with in any way, or even see in the game?
Once the update drops, is it gonna be okay if a lot of people already have full sets of gear and what not which will allow them to just pummel their way through the beginning of the game without a scratch?
According to the lore changes, does this mean that magius will never exist, or will we simply be never allowed to interact with it?
Will we be able to face the peacekeeper, or any stupidly overpowered lore characters, without them directly being a part of the storyline?
will abilities like great spin be remade?
will there be some other news service instead of magius news or is the idea being scrapped?
Will the way reputation works be changed in any way?
will there be a backup of the current map saved, or is it just gonna be cast into the abyss?
