On this note, maybe I’ll suggest fighting style variants and weapon vanity next so there’s room for such rewards in the future.

As it stands, there’s nowhere to put these rewards in those classes.

This would be so heat but my only problem is when it would look like other lost magics (eg some kind of blue fire skin being similar to inferno magic) but that problem should be avoided if the dev has common sense. This should also be added for the other classes of course.

a way we can do this for weapon users is if we make weapon skins (like how some people thought that the egg staff would be a weapon, there could also be egg magic like that one godawful suggestion implied)

The ideas other people have are good too.

i really don’t think giving special magic variants for being on the leaderboard would help prevent the game’s already ridiculous pvp problem

My only problem with this is that leaderboard variants would really be just a way to show of much life you don’t have (more than the others at least). Also, some of them would literally be almost unobtainable

You could also say this about changing builds (already in the game) and changing magic to begin with (already planned for the game).
Why would I care about breaking immersion in a system that already completely breaks the game’s lore and is entirely non-canon?
(also the grand fire magics that we won’t see for years taking up the entire rainbow and preventing any fire variants from existing is incredibly lame)

It’s a cool concept, I admit, but this may end up taking away from possible lost or ancient magics. Thus, I’d rather say “no” to this.
