my bad idea for a regen rework:
make it so instead of boosting your base regen, the substat will heal a % of your max health in a single burst once you reach a certain threshold of your hp (only once per combat obviously)
its becoming magic+weapons and not weapons 2
good change imo
i feel like other stat paths should also get little passives to match, would make builds and combat more interesting

yeah. the only appeal i ever saw into a vit heavy build is how much harder you become to kill. life steal sounds really boring, i probably won’t touch it if it gets the overhaul but maybe its still redeemable? idk.
Literally how
D tier rework removes vitality’s unique effect for an vampirism effect that could come from a rare spirit weapon instead.
this also means that spirit is somehow an life-steal ability instead of your soul blasting into your enemies and ripping them apart at the cost of your body’s condition.
all of that makes it seem like the balance team(or whoever sugested this rework) WANTS vitality to be JUST another weapons stat that competes for the 3 precious slots they BOTH use making savant WANT to neglect vitality or weapons.
(vetex has literally said he was planning to do this much before this)
