- State of PVP
I always think: What if the devs made a test update where World PVP is turned off except for designated “Arena” islands like Munera. This is similar to something Deepwoken did in its early development and I’m honestly interested in how it would go in terms of PVP and PVE.
Other than that, the balance team really needs to stop gutting every build. It’s hella annoying and it’s going to probably overturn the entire meta.
What happened to “letting the meta evolve each update” or however they said it y’all are gonna overturn the meta and crush it into a million pieces
Last issue of contention, in my opinion the PVP community went pretty tame a while back but the toxicity’s climbing back up again. It’s like PVPers are either very nice and easy to get along with, or just assholes plain and simple.
Quick advice, stock up on love potions for Sameria, because it’s going to be a large island and might have more players stuck on it for the storyline than Ravenna. So watch your back and mind the gankers and RKers there.

As someone’s said somewhere in this thread, the story’s leagues better than AA for sure, but I’m not too satisfied with how Vetex introduced the villains. Like, “Oh, this is Calvus. He’s the king of Ravenna. Also he’s big bad.”
The antagonists of the Bronze Sea Arc (that’s what I’m calling it) just show up out of nowhere with no foreseeable presence. It would be cool in the Nimbus Sea if the antagonists (and supporting characters) were introduced right at the start, and we would have to deduce who was an Order member as we go.
Also gonna put this out there Calvus was a horrible “main villain” for the Bronze Sea, all he does is show up, become the Austrian painter by ranting about how Winterveilians are stinky, and somehow lose to level 100 us despite probably having a curse inheritance, a lost magic, imbues on his fighting style and imbues on weapons. Bro is the worst fighter ever, who invited him into the Order
