what the fuck
hell no im not joining balancing discord ever wtf is this shit
Power-defense meta will be enforced, and you will like it.
why the fuck
no
just no
balance team do be cooking fr
(it was seletorch)
stay OUT of the kitchen
and when u face them with criticism they start saying shit like this man i can’t take this anymore
its not that we are fine with it. ur solution sucks dumbass
Danny got a little salty, don’t worry bout it. We’re not doing anything like this
balance team will do ANYTHING but just god damn nerf how many stats you can get
Why would we nerf stats? Exotic gems and enchants are scaled for the Nimbus Sea. Nerfing them in this mini-update would mean we’d be reverting them immediately after.
I still don’t understand why the nimbus sea requires 500+ total stats
or even how new players are expected to do this, considering how annoying it is to get an exotic enchant scroll
like this honestly feels like an excuse
you guys keep coming up with random ways to try to nerf stats because of just how much you can get, but you have an allergic reaction to just nerfing how much you can get
Vetex confirmed in patreon- Nimbus won’t force New players to sidetrack to get perfect gear before continuing.
It is, however, expected to be a substantial difficulty spike.
Because you get stronger as you progress, and stats have downscaling based on your level; running the same amount of a stat like Agility at Level 125 vs. Level 250 would result in greatly decreased effect.
The Dark Sea is designed as an optional intermediary zone between Seas, where you have the option to head in and farm up in order to better prepare for what lies ahead, if you so choose. This could be pointed out in-game better, sure, but the design philosophy has been clearly stated on more than one occasion.
Lol what, this doesn’t exist, or at least not even close to enough
I can touch the clouds with an agile 5 potion and two rising tides on pelion rift
Wow guess I was right, an amazing suggestion earlier with the increasing of sealed chests upon sinking a ship, followed up by whatever this suggestion of an abomination is, sigh.
If the balancing of the game is pioneered by people being salty about losing in PvP of all things, I doubt it will manage that well on the game.
I am not trusting these balancers bro.
I can tell you it does exist. I’m not sure what your discussion of how high you can go has anything to do with this. I’m saying that if you run 200 Agility for its current effect at Level 125, if you are Level 250, that 200 Agility is going to be doing much less for you.
forget about min-maxing and balancing for a moment. If, by any ungodly chance, this change goes through, it’ll just make it more complicated for casual or new players to wrap their heads around builds.
I’m saying that it’s borderline useless, because it’s extremely ineffective at curbing stats
Because you’re meant to grow stronger as you progress … that’s why the trend is upwards …
