most TK users don’t know shit about anatomy neither do they have perfect control or precision
its either wide AOE or bust, which is why the enhanced body user bodies most of the time, after all TK is just projecting your mental energy into physical force, which can be overpowered
(if someone like Mewtwo tried to force crush Worldbreaker Hulk, it wouldn’t work as Hulk would just flex out of it)
Telekinesis is probably (one of) the most overpowered ability in the existence of fiction. Want the TV remote? Look what just flew up to you. Want to kill somebody instantly from miles away? Just manipulate something inside their body to deliver a lethal blow? Want your opponent to stop attacking them? Just make them the first man on the moon without a spacesuit.
What does super strength have to compare? Use telekinesis on your own limbs to make them unimaginably strong, or move the object you want to manipulate in the first place… Use telekinesis on your entire body to literally fly. There really isn’t that much super strength can do that telekinesis can’t.
How powerful it gets is dependent on your view of the mental requirements and wear telekinesis takes on your mind, but there’s no real set number.

Yeah it depends on the limitations you set. But it makes sense to say that if you use muscles every day and your species has evolved using muscles every day then you’d be pretty good at it. Hence, we have the motor cortex and other areas that help with muscles like with coordination. That might not be the case for telekinesis. Also, with muscles you can have reflexes. With telekinesis, you probably can’t. Even if you were braindead, you could still have some reflexes and still use muscles but telekinesis would be gone most likely
TK users normally have baseline human speed
which means that someone with enhanced muscles or something would move too fast for them to concentrate on and easily kill them with a punch

Tk users don’t usually have increased speed however they do have increased reaction time however it’s hard to react to a ftl guy. Tk users aren’t usually that strong they usually have above average human durability so yea.
