i mean why would there be options when your character needs to tell exactly what happened…
vetex should hire the writers of morbius to make the story peak
One hundred Vetexillions drachma at release in one day
meet potential story
i actually thought morbius wasnt all that bad.
I’ve also noticed the player has a very different speaking style in the sentinel quest, compared to both the main story and every other interaction with NPCs I can think of. I guess the player character just feels really fancy around Hale.
i think xael wrote some talent quest dialogue
got me thinking, what if there was 5 different unique dialogue optiona
Empathetic - can only get if you spare elius
Kind - choosing the more lenient/nicer options
Neutral - fence sitting
Offensive- choosing the more negative options
Menace - can only get if you kill elius
There used to be 3 dialogue stats, wisdom, empathy and courage, so a triangle chart is more fitting
assuming it hasnt changed the main writer is vetex and tech kinda fill in the blanks/add more flavours to stuffs, according to what tech said a few years back on twitter
wonder if they still keep track of it or has they dropped it entire. you can check when first log into the game and press f9 i believe. i havent been bother to check though
As a linear series of events the story works completely fine, the problem is mostly the pacing being wack
i dont like how you cannot be relevantly powerful unless you’re a special demigod or at the bare minimum born special as a mage. its probably just a me thing but i prefer media where you’re allowed to reach a significant level without being literally born better than all others. I just find it lame that everyone who is someone is either a demigod or a curse user or a mage (Magic beats everything other than Spirit). Literally the last time I remember there being a character who wasn’t either of the three but appeared to be somewhat strong was the Boxing mentor in Arcane Advenures
Despite it’s flaws and my gripe at One Piece, this is probably why I sort of liked it because Haki exist
Generally alright. It gets better as it progresses in the game which makes sense. Unfortunately held back by animation and visual direction making scenes fall flat at times. I already yapped a bunch about this before so I’ll paste it here.
yeah a good example of this is when allanon flew out of the throne room, idk if he animation is meant to look like that but its just goofy looking ![]()
I absolutely loath this. Vetex loves talking about curse users > mages > everyone else. Except theos (he’s truly the AO’s gojo). The idea of aura/trace magic is so cool and could have opened up possibilities but no everyone is a mage or wield a curse.
to be fair the idea of people using trace magic to make their attacks stronger as opposed to actual magic would be weaker
how would someone using a tiny bit of magic energy subconsiously manage to get on the level of someone using real magic, or someone literally made of magic (curse users)
It’s still a cool concept that means literally nothing. If a mage without any real training can out do a trained general for 50+ years of countless experience. Being a none mage means you’re actually worthless
ok u kinda lost me here
imo impact frames have more or less become over-used, especially on roblox, which makes them lose their, yknow, impact. they feel more like a giant sign that says “FEEL HYPED RIGHT NOW” than the moment actually feeling tense and whatnot
