It’s more what kind of personality do you prefer rather than what gender. That was the intent behind the polls as a whole.

plate mail is technically correct i just assumed plate armor was more widely used since that’s a more encompassing term

I am pleased by your presentation, though befuddled by the variety.
That would be due to “chainmail” being an archaic pleonasm to refer to chain/mail (both words being capable of being used to refer to “chainmail”).
Its origin is like the one of scale/plate-mail, presumably appearing during the Victorian era, when the misconception that all armours were composed of mail was widespread.

This is the only one of these sort of questionnaires where they are worded in such a specific way that I don’t actually have an answer for any of them (unless I were to do some rather painful investigations for the first one)

“Platemail” is a far more befogging term to make use of as the concept which it relates to has been disproven since the mid-early 20th century. It is now an obsolete term, almost exclusively found within fiction.
