I’ve never found an arrow or a bullet but I think fish bait is still in the game?
Fish Bait is “still in the game” in the sense that you can buy it randomly from Merchant Deckhands and serves no other purpose
and criminal fishmongers at Makrinaos and whitesummit
back in my day, investing stat points didn’t ask confirmation
and also getting mobbed by sharks ever time you touch the ocean

If we’re going back to WoM, Hard used to be an available enchantment on weapons before getting replaced with Bursting.
If not, then it’d be that Iris and Valerii didn’t have guaranteed drops.

The Vindicator used to have Crushing Judgement at 240+ Weapons while the most you could have was 250, which meant that people actually didn’t use Crushing Judgement all the time because of only one skill being accessible on the weapon.
There was also no Skill Note system, so it was stuck on the Vindicator.
