no its not, ive actually used it before with some dude
we spawn killed an Acquire guy with it
since wind is so fast its better than water for freeze, and since ive got good aim i pretty much just spam froze him
my team mate would use beam and I’d use blast or placed(although i noticed that whenever we froze him with placed or beam it would freeze him for less amount of time than with blast)

the dude i was fighting didnt bother to use a single magic jump, it was getting shorter on its own when we used placed or beam
im not sure how thats relevant anyway, what I was saying is that wind+ice is a better alternative than water+ice because wind is faster than water, so there for easier and more consistent freeze, right?

combined with me and the dude i was teaming with we could instant kill the target in like 3 seconds(although because of skill issue we sometimes failed because heat of the moment you know?)
