  • Atlantean brigs being overpowered
  • The balance team is full of idiots making bad decisions for the game
  • Jewelcrafting: a feature that was entirely unnecessary but got added
  • Unfriendly community due to being on roblox, and blox fruits players and the like coming here and being toxic
  • Noble symphony
  • You have no excuse to pick some magics when there are simply better options (cough cough Ash Wood and Snow)
  • Renown and current deckhand system
  • NPCs having Aimbot (specifically with dual flintlocks, Brig mortar, flintlock, bows, and musket)
  • Cannonballs damaging players
  • Current surge

it’s both roblox’s and our fault for allowing bs like this

Again, grinding’s a problem on the whole hellsite and we can’t get rid of it even if we tried
health regen being allowed in combat is true in a bunch of other roblox games so it ties back to the problem
collision issues is why the last part’s a thing

Community interactions can kill a persons interest in the game. A learning players fun is at the whims of others, and there is little to no protection, nor care for protection in the sanctity of someones personal experience. Got a friend into the game months ago and lost them today because they outright cannot farm for items on their build because every server they join has at least one person who jumps them at Calvus or Carina.

World PVP is SO intrusive that you cannot partake in ANY activity in the game, including important farming for build progression, if someone just feels like denying that to you.

The fact that this game exist in a worst possible platform.

I know server cost can be an issue, but AO is better off become a game in actual good game engine without Roblox limitation/bs regulation.

plus it can rake more audience without putting off by those who don’t want to support that awful company. (and perhaps a review from Josh Strife Hayes?)

but I guess this game being on Roblox is why it’s so popular I guess…

I dont like rthro though (looking at you Lamma Train Studios ;-; )

islands rather than a continent like wom
it just doesn’t feel as nice to explore islands as it was to explore magius
and ship combat isn’t great either
(especially getting screwed over and getting no loot because you don’t want to have to constantly use cannons or other ship attachments for every single pirate ship encounter)

Roblox is an awful site, but some of the things people create are amazing, like YouTube. But also like YouTube, it’s full of garbage content too. You gotta look in the right place for the good stuff.

What REALLY disgusts me about Roblox currently is the influx of soulless developers using mass-produced AI slop as thumbmails…absolutely fucking disgusting.

Youtube is just google but for videos only. Owned by the same company as well.

technically there are less pedos per young children on youtube than on roblox since nearly everyone with internet is on youtube while only a few are on roblox.

ROBLOX doesn’t allow the good games to flourish unlike the cash grabs
it’s a flawed system that they’ve never bothered to change
which is why all of the problems can be tied back to the platform

pvp in this game is like so lame

usually I try to get good at pvp in the games I enjoy but I just cant stand the PVP since combos virtually don’t exist

it’s, fine
but I just like R6 WAY better than R15
it’s like water and bread compared to cheese and apples
I never got used to R15
and also R6 I find just has more of a unique style to it
(yes I did just make this in like 2 minutes so it’s pretty bad)


also if you can’t guess what action it is i have failed not the style ;-;

oh yeah worst thing about my favorite game ever uhhh ummm uhhh
no transferring items between files ig, more of a recent problem i got in my head because i want to switch to a fire conj but my main has metal as 1st magic and therefore im kinda stuck with a 350 hour file that has basically everything and essentialy a new character altogether, and picking the new character makes me throw away all the time i put into another one unless i am willing to hire a man to trade me immaculate amounts of items and pray to god he wont scam me

Even with a good gaming computer and stable internet, I still experience lag nonetheless. Both our problems could perhaps be the result of unoptimized code.

There really needs to be a server split - one for pvp and one for pve only

It’s ridiculous how annoying pvpheads can be and it’s a surprise this hasn’t been added yet now that I think of it, being ganked by max levels at a low level seriously can kill off someone interest in the game
