What would you think would be the jack of all trades for lost magic and ancient magic?
hmmm…
I wanna say equinox? since that’s all about balance.
As for lost magic… I’d say most likely that phoenix might be the all rounder.
Kinda hard considering they exist solely for niche options
But for Lost, I’d say Flare, Ancient - Inferno
I just wanna type something so badly that’ll come off as rude 
my intrusive thoughts are clashing

P sure flare is planned to have terrible impact damage though

For Lost, I’d guess Darkness, whilst for Ancient I’d guess Pressure or Equinox
Sun Magic being the most versatile is pretty obvious. (Literally a straight up upgraded version of Fire)
Or maybe Storm or Darkness idk.
Inferno sounds like an upgraded version of magma (high damage, high dot but slow)
for ancient it’s probably balance, lost i would guess phoenix
Remember, it could just be terrible (can’t imagine it’d be lower than fire which is considered an all rounder) impact damage for a LOST magic.
idk man, iris’s flare damage is pretty bad…
then again she mastered it early so maybe it just scales weirdly
If it was mastered she’d be incinerating us with tier 5 spells 
Logically speaking though it’s safe to say that, since flare magic is hard for her to control (and she can only release it effectively when angry) that she was most likely not used to using her flare magic to the fullest. Her just getting better with using it allowed her to blast away a group of Ravenna guards sent to handle the prison break in one attack.
