What on earth is this?

Have you been in the far reaches since the update dropped.

Us “not supposed to go past I1” stopped being relevant when they put magic resetting there so don’t say that.

fucking goofball

tbh i have 0 clue how no one thought kalliste fight was doomed from the start

  • Only on-land option is in the dense hallways of the Dead Halls, good luck with that if you’re not a higher level than kalliste
  • Or you can drag him outside which, the only thing just outside of his placement is LITERALLY WATER, THE DAMN THING HE CAN’T FIGHT IN

kalliste needs to move his office to a different section of the halls after this :sob:

Nailed the explanation perfectly. Still wondering how that ever got through testing :sob:. Unless we are just supposed to cheese him by luring him into the ocean ig :person_shrugging:

Quite comedic how the best way to beat both architects is to bring them outside

I think supercharge is an interesting change to npcs. Yeah the attacks are stronger but they stay still for long enough for you to usually land a guaranteed attack.

That being said…

I pity any poor person who happens to have to face this in the bronze sea

I typically just grab them if I am too close to escape ground zero.

Yeah but that was a ranged attack.
He also wasn’t using aura either and that could have increased the damage further

Meanwhile Metal Mages:

Sauce

yeah sounds about right

supercharge makes higher level random npcs more interesting so i think its great

I love getting hit by a warrior’s supercharged ‘Gun Draw: Rapid Fire’, it makes me feel their pain

Metal mages minmaxxing as much as possible just to do slightly more damage than my rival who is using explosion magic and doesn’t have aura active

And I presume your rival hit the current cap of bounty lvl of 260…

Imagine lvl 260 metal mages :skull_and_crossbones:

Interesting??? How???
Its just an absurdly big attack, that’s like saying metal mages are interesting to fight when they self explosion across the entirety of ravenna for 20 million damage.

makes it to where they arent a complete joke lol
i dont think ive struggled against any random npc that isnt just blatently absurd to fight at our current level (think level 500+ npcs) until this update, now theyre actually somewhat challenging

blatantly absurd isn’t “challenging”, it is bullshit.
Shockingly, if a change makes something bullshit, then the change its self is shit.

I am certain there are other solutions to your very subjective “problem” than throwing level 500 NPCs at you with more advantages than I can be bothered to type out.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I am getting quite sick and tired of bullshit.

Yeah at that level they would be ridiculous.
It’s a good thing npcs usually don’t have access to enchantments or modifiers or any equipment that isn’t from chests either

WAIT ONLY THE FAR REACHES. im going to stick to making new files, which file do i delete next

wait wait wait, what the hell do you MEAN 1/12???

Wasn’t this supposed to be 1/3?
Even then I thought with how absurdly big far reaches islands were that was too much
