Usually, I repair ships if I win a fight I get roped into. Sometimes I’ll also give away stuff in my inventory, although that’s because I have too much stuff.
So, sometimes I get the ships wrong, right.
You know how Navy and Assassin ships are usually distinguishable because, you know, they have those names and their color palette. The problem is when there are people in the server in those factions, and they named their ship.
So MAYBE I’ve sunk a few of them unknowingly destroying another player’s ship. I usually pay them for the repairs and a little more, and offer them a ride to the nearest town if we’re in the middle of the ocean.
So I guess we both win? I get the renown for sinking their ships and my repairs, and they get their money back and a bit more? I don’t know, as part of the assassin syndicate, I actually avoid fights a lot lmao, I don’t want other players to PVP if they don’t want to. I’m more of a PVE person and if you try to attack me when I don’t want to PVP, you’re getting the Singed treatment from League of Legends.
I repaired some guy’s ship when they were at sailors (I remember the sailor lodge ship pain)
also I forced someone to take an essentia from me once
Recently I restarted from scratch and before erasing my file I gifted everything in it (sunkens, exotic scrolls, an acrimony) to a random in the server.
gave 20 k to a dude cuz i’m rich and he wanted a brig
Sometimes I spare people instead of killing them, if they are way weaker than me, but fightning back and are not whinning in the chat.
accidentally sunk this low level assassin player’s boat and gave them 3k as compensation
sent 1 galleon to someone and doubled it each time they declined
it cost me like 2k galleons ;-;
i remember giving somebody 5k galleons…they said they needed it for something…forgot what, think they were saving up for a Brig.
Saved these two low level players from being killed by a AS max level at old palo town. They were trying to run on their ship but were being chased down, so I sunk the AS guys ketch and killed him
was with a group, had to pay a guy one of them hunted all of my galleons for a brig (not enough to buy it, but enough to repay him for all of the cargo lost)
A friend helped me, and I agreed that If I were to somehow get an acrimony I would give it to him. I didn’t expect for that to happen, but when it did, I kept my word and gave it to him for free as repayment.
Then I got 3 more acrimonies so I don’t regret losing one by being nice.
I once fished for about 6 hours straight trying to make as many meals as possible for my friend just to confuse them. I did it while they slept, and then woke them up by spamming them and made them play so I could give them a LOT of food ![]()
Some guy kept killing me to get money for a brig, so I eventually just decided to let him keep killing me, but in return, I got to practice 1v1’s with him.
I’d say I’m one of the nicer players in the game, so I’m gonna make a small list
- Anytime I see a player on the player list at level 80 I “coincidentally” head over to Fort Talos to farm Argos, same thing with level 100ish players and Calvus
- Gave a guy a sunken sword for helping me through the second half of the story
- In WoM2 I stick around towns and act as a bodyguard for low-level players against bandits sometimes
- Repairing people’s ships
- Helping people carry cargo to their ship to cargo run
Giving a bubby a sunken sword free
Giving exotic scrolls
Givong maple sunlen
I gave a person an entire 30 minute tutorial on gemcraftijg, and gave him around 30 gems with reagents for him to level the skill.
Indoctrinated somebody in my cult by helping them through the story starting at cirrus island!
help new players
The nicest thing I’ve done for a player has got to be that one time I killed a guy around twenty-ish times. This wasn’t spawn killing, he just decided he doesn’t like me and jumped me. No bounty poster, no provocation, just a random attack. Well, that’s alright, I random kill too when I’m bored. Perfectly respectful form of entertainment.
However, when I beat him the first time, instead of saying something like “GG” or “Well played”(which is what I said), he responded with “ez” or “stay right there”. The guy just didn’t stop coming back. He even threatened me with “calling up the boys” which I should assume means bringing clan mates to jump me.
The clan mates never showed up.
Every time he died, he dropped 280 galleons. I never took a single galleon(I’d pick it up and give it back).
Never doing that again, though. Killing players can make you some serious cash, on purpose or not. Plus, the dude seemed to be too blinded by rage to realize that he isn’t getting more and more poor each time he jumps me.(the fighting only stopped until I got bored and sailed to munera garden with some randoms)
-This was a rare occurrence for me, though. If I jump you or you jump me, vice versa, I’m not going to give you your money back. Forgive me fellows, at the moment I am progressing the path of mad villainy.
