I thought of this question when I heard someone say that they hate math… and was taking STEM. I was like “you signed up for this; what were you thinking??? ”.
I also thought of a time I forgot that CFrame.lookto() existed (won’t explain what it is) and sorta had to “recreate” it using 3d trig. It’s not that bad for me but it’ll be a nightmare for many other people.
Maybe it was when I was asked a question about something that I should know to do with solving equations in front of at least 20 people and I had forgotten. I just had to guess and hope that the most obvious answer was correct (luckily it was) This happened today.
Another thing that wasn’t particularly traumatic but was very incorrect is when some question that was something along the lines of “using the velocity and distance away of this object, calculate the age of the universe”
Something went very wrong with my calculations and my answer was that the universe was 24 years old.
When I attempted to take a qualification International Mathematical Olympiad exam in my school (I failed absolutely abysmally, along with everyone else.)
skill issues ig. Took like 2~3 months before I actually locked in. I can do intermediate level questions but if you expect me to get them done fast, you’d be disappointed.
