Once we finally get lost and ancient magics, what builds would you most likely go for or you think will be the coolest?
Gravity warlock will be crazy i feel, I also want an Electron warlock (that is if hybrids ever get at least 1 ancient magic)
Let me take a moment to say that I think the new mutations thing is trash and that we’d be better of with a scroll economy
Anyways used to be mage but idek wtf is up with magic now
My favorite build is Mage. It will always be Mage.
As for other fun builds, I think Aether-Fire anything would be nice.

it’s absolutely a pressure gravity ice mage, i even made a combination of the magics using tobi’s circles
i also have gravity magic hybrids planned for every build other than savant though

If we had a scroll economy certain individuals would just gatekeep the best magics and artifically make them more expensive, with the mutation way you can get whatever magic you want.
I too used to be in favor of scroll economy until I tried to get Cannon and Array.
Never again.
I’d prefer mutations, especially for lore’s sake.

In the case there are cooler things savant is not enough for
wind and storm warlock, basic combat x iron leg
A gravity and light conjurer would be cool too

Lets pretend for a moment that scrolls have been added and there’s around 15 magics, with a 1/1000 chance to drop (a VERY generously low estimate)
To calculate the chance of getting the exact magic you want (assuming theyre all the same chance) is 1000 * 15
Meaning to get a specific magic from scroll economy with 15 different magics it would be 1/15,000
For comparison, the chance of getting struck by lightning is around 1/15,300
