Like evolution for example(Yes I’m aware it wouldn’t be a 1-1 similarity even if curse users could be stronger than chaos). Not saying something akin to that is happening here, I don’t think curse users could become stronger than chaos either, but I do think if Vetex wanted to write that into a possibility it wouldn’t be too hard to make an explanation for it.

there has been SO many characters with curses to the point that vetex and tech are just giving it to every single character they remotely like

i mean tbf there are like 14000 people in ravenna alone and theres a curse for each magic, if theres like 80 magics and 20 experimental curses thats 100 curses for the whole world

I mean if they decide to announce their betrayal while in the same room yeah probably. Best case scenario there either the curse or a devourer is lost(provided Wotan has one on him at the time). But I’d imagine anyone with a brain who wants to betray him probably wouldn’t do it right next to him. If they decide to destroy something important or kill someone important or cause any number of problems for Wotan, unless Wotan has future vision or can mind read he probably won’t be able to do anything until its already done. Even if he can easily dispatch them afterwards its better off not risking it ever happening in the first place.
Besides he seems to be doing pretty okay with just him and his sons having curses anyways. It’s not like there’s any need for him to put them to use right away with people he’s not absolutely certain won’t attempt to screw him over and possibly lose that curse anyways.
