But when the same dev rants about wanting to remove pvp, but being unable because it’d kill the game, yet also approving so many changes from the balance team pvpheads that exist to fuck over pvers more, then I get a wee bit mad
Especially when he refuses to make different tags for pvp and pve just because

If you look at it as in “not directly spend money on building”, yes
But that money is nontheless prone to being lost to deaths, logs etc.
Meanwhile factions have a private galleon bank that won’t lose any money you have, neaning it actually lets you save galleons

when someone makes a file they have to pick either pvp or pve

if they pick pvp they don’t get to use any gem effects and one shot all npcs (can pvp)

if they pick pve they get to play regular arcane odyssey but cannot pvp
