Will fighting styles be worth it?

When you’re using Radius or Magic fist, you don’t need magic

Unless you charge it to projectile it’s just a 10 times weaker radius stomp when it punches.

Radius destroyed in AA, especially when people T jumped.

I mean it’s gonna be hard to land, but if you do land it…maybe it’s crazy cool?

yes but radius is the only fighting style that could be used for actual combat.

also im saying that there should be a way to fight someone with m1s of course they would be able to run away somehow but they should be forced to take a m1 if they are bad at blocking or spacing.

Bro I don’t think you’re getting what i’m saying, magic fist and impact fist weren’t used much because they’re banned in T rules for being too op and most people 1v1ed with T rules. Boxing was used in combat to assist magic through mobility, cannon fist was long ranged

So spamming m1 is what pvp should be? Sounds like a dumb stance.

no im saying like any other game with melee combos a combination of melee ranged blocking and counters/parry.

this way the game isnt only ranged attacks or a combat that just stuns you to death. A way to fight using m1 combat not only m1 combat but a way for people to main melee more than a magic. im not saying make them op im just saying give them a way to get close to the person and hit them and stun them for maybe a 3 hit combo that launches them away a little then you can resume fighting with magic.

and using punches would probably be like impact and radius, like in a sense where your willpower infuses with your punch then makes some sort of superhuman projectile thing

I hope the fighting styles are good so I can do some DMC combo shenanigans.

That + Stun therefore players would instantly die in any scenario in which they’re in a team fight. Also it’s presumably the same difficulty as a blast to hit from how you describe it

you can block the stun and when you do it leaves them open to get blasted away by attacks or you can punch them back, it would give a better reason to have stats in knockback

You can’t block the stun if you’re in the middle of a move

Thats the point it can be used to interrupt a blast but after they land or miss it, its a 15-20 second cool down, your not gonna get rushed with these unless its like a 4v1, also you would need to already be pretty close to hit it, its just to your character is level with the person your attacking.

You’re gonna get rushed with it even in a 2v1. One guy rushes, while the teammate blasts and when the enemy tries using a blast they get stuck in a stun while the teammate can use a fucking 20% 20 blast or 5 20% pillars for all they care.

then make it so you cant be hit with blasts while being m1ed

Then the game would just feel slow paced and the other guy would just do another grab as soon as the first guy’s grab stun is over and then the first guy will use a blast after the second guy’s grab is over. Already a 500 damage combo with no risk.
