nah bro you capping, it does happen sometimes but its absolutely not consistent especially not with single blasts bro. unless the exiled you’re fighting has some shit ai most of the time he’ll just use invul/do some really punishing moves that you dont want to attack him whilst hes doin them after those free hits

i just spam him with lightning and it works perfectly, just stay close enough to him where he wont spam raging storm, but not in range of heavy slash or shield slam, then just wait until he finishes attacking and spam 20% single blasts at him
im really not looking for tips on killing him bro ive grinded him plenty, possibly more than you, but nah i gotta see some proof of you apparently consistently killing him in >30 seconds, because you gotta be fighting some braindead ao forumer iq ass exiled for that shit
