- obviously a good/nice person, because who wants to get together with someone mean

I don’t recall ever finding someone attractive in a romantic sense (I still can’t tell what what having romantic feelings would be like, I’m trying to figure out if that’s got to do with my romantic orientation and all)
Friend-wise I think I can get along with most; except for those who are too pushy and are prone to argument. It takes a bit for me to make the first move when it comes to reaching out and saying hi but if the other person seems approachable it’s all the easier when it comes to opening up

this is really interesting to me, I quite like people who have a different mindset compared to mine (not a closed mindset though, just to be clear.) Do people tend to prefer partners who share a similar mindset with them because it could potentially lead to less disputes?

I don’t necessarily like that characteristic because of possibly fewer disputes, differences and arguments, but raher so we can have long conversations without awkward moments and nothing to talk about, so they get any jokes that are made, so doing stuff that we both like is easier, etc… Strangely enough, from my experience at least, while interacting eith people who have a similar mindset to my own, disputes can be more easy to occur. That may be just me though, but I’ve seen that happen more in the case above.
Now, I answer for myself. Ohther people may agree with your reasoning, so don’t take my word as the opinion of everyone.
