I stumbled upon the fibonacci sequence and its appearance in Lateralus by Tool.I messed around with numbers and got nowhere. But the song Lateralus was originally named “987” because one of the people did a bar of 9, then bar of 8, then bar of 7.
So I looked at the syllables in the riddle: first bar is 7 second bar is 7 third bar is 7.
