Even 200-250 BST baby Pokémon can pose a threat, such as Togepi’s hard shell, Tyrogue being able to win against untrained humans, or Igglybuff’s singing & rolling attacks.
Those are the best choice other than the two weak fish or those who cannot directly attack at all (a Cosmog would just Teleport away, a Wynaut would be tricky, due its Shadow Tag ability and having to guess what it’ll do next)

it probably can’t walk very fast (it has like 10 base speed iirc probably even less) and if you trip to it I honestly would call that a skill issue
