Hopefully less traveling in order to complete your quests. Maybe also different ways the NPCs interact with the game, rn most wilderness NPCs just spawn when someone is nearby and stay there until they’re killed. Also, most civilian NPCs are useless after you become max level.

Call me crazy, but honest to god, I would love to see what this game could be like without stun while casting, like if you could move and cast at the same time I feel like this game would be MUCH more intense and enjoyable, although not as similar to arcane as some may want.

(some shit I wrote before deciding to simply link the post above)
- Immobilization rework, change to the endlag from casting spells or just getting rid of standard immobilization as it is now to make mobile combat a reality (some shit would still immobilize obviously but you’d be able to run forward and do a vastira smash and quickly be able to jump away, assuming you have enough stamina etc.)
generally making the immobilization feel like you have more control over it too, leaving players straight up disconnected from their characters forcing them to watch as they take damage, not being able to do anything about it at all is bullshit.
- RNG rework
don’t make acquiring strong gear from boring, repetitive and trivial tasks such as fishing a thing, it’s stupid and annoying.
Make bosses have a guaraneed item drop, at least 1,
and maybe make fighting them be like fighting bosses in dark souls 2,
you could put a smoke screen over an area where the boss is spawned, and make a gui pop up whenever a player walks up to the smoke screen which asks you if you would like to fight the boss,
now the player would be either teleported to a separate arena, which would have the smoke screen used as walls or sum, whatever
. this would allow for people to try and 1v1 the boss, or do it with together with friends, and ONLY those friends with no risk of some retard losers coming in and getting a hit just so they get a drop or maybe even killing everyone fighting the boss

Optimize the living FUCK out of the game, and optimize different graphic levels to make them more stable and linear. like if you’re a graphics level 10 trees shouldn’t turn into some octahedron things when you walk 10 meters away from them. 0

if possible change how npcs work, yes vetex if you’re reading this, you already told me you can’t really affect how the roblox AI works.
But you could try making your own, and if that won’t work out, try to make wizard npcs more aggresive, dodgy and speedy. Arcane Legacy : Recoded has their own AI I think, not sure though.
We shouldn’t be able to beat the king right now and yet we are. like come on the fucker is technically 6 times stronger than us, why is it harder to beat 6 bandits in an open field with magic ALONE, than it is to beat the king with a god damn sword?
- change how melee and non magic shit works
doing a melee attack should push you forward slightly or make you dash if you’re running at the same time or whatever, make weapons have a FEEL to them, make them have some sort of Weight.
You should be able to slash through projectiles if your timing is good enough, or via a dash or something like that! basically blasts could have some sort of durability, which WOULDN’T be magic size, but something different! like… density, mass, whatever!
If the damage dealt by the weapon would be enough to break the projectile you could smash it, and if it’s way more than the health of the projectile, you could straight up cut it in half mid air! imagine that shit
also arrows shouldn’t deal damage to a player if they perfect block it like come on, it’s an arrow not a shockwave traveling through your arms to your body
- Fix the flow of the game.
This is something vetex has to define for himself
