Definitely adding more unique things to do, it’s mostly just dialogue, sailing, a trivial task, repeat. Something like a quest where you gotta deliver presents to different people under a time limit for example would be cool

Make the mobs not xombat log you and move the island far more south

less sailing. no sealed chest grinding.
Easter events are legit the most fun ones due to actually having to think and solve riddles and then it makes you feel smart

Frostmill 2
Just repeated the plot of Frostmill, except instead of Flare it’s Heat, instead of global warming it’s Christmas.
People tend to forget that 90% of the time you can reset character to get to your destination faster
It’s unrealistic to expect your players to kill themselves to get somewhere faster, especially when they normally wouldn’t make use of it/would only make use of it early on or extremely rarely.

let the guards follow us to boss fight, have cutscene where they get one shotted
scavenger hunts are way more fun than bandit beater quests and token event boss fight

Bro got access to the transformation spell early
im stuck on the perfect tree quest bcus none of my attacks work on it
You just walk up to the tree and press E
no prompt or axe spawned
had to respawn and sail all the way back again
and now…
im hopping servers since 90% of npcs arent spawning in that one
Yeah the event is very buggy to say the least
I gave it 4/5
minus 1 because of sealed chest quest
